I am Spencer Lloyd Patrick Grimshaw (SLPG), a fine artist and queer tattoo artist based in London, originally from Preston.

For 2 years I studied Fine art at Edinburgh College of Art and then moved to Manchester for my final 2 years learning many of the skills that I would then carry through into my tattooing practice.

In January 2025 I made the big step down to London and have ever since been tattooing from Home Studio based in Homerton, East London. From April 2023 to January 2025 I was tattooing at Studio Star, a queer-friendly studio in Manchester. I have had the opportunity to guest at various studios across the UK. My tattoo practice specializes in floral, inky designs as well as black and grey realism that focuses on nature and sexuality. For examples of my work, please visit the ‘tattoo’ page.
